NAI'A is available for charter by groups as either a full-boat charter or a half-boat charter. Please contact us for more information about commissions for qualified dive shops and dive clubs booking groups direct with NAI'A.

Payments for Full-boat or Half-boat Charters

Contact us to confirm availability of space. We will hold your booking for ten working days pending arrival of your deposit.

Deposit & payment structure:

A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is due within 10 working days.
15% of the balance is due 12 months before the charter and is non-refundable.
One half (½) of the balance is due 180 days before the charter.
Final payment is due 90 days before the charter.

Deposits and final payment can be by credit card, wire transfer, or bank check. Please have each member of your group complete our Pre-Cruise Paperwork. Please collect and return all of the completed paperwork to us well ahead of the charter date.

Non-divers: $100 off.

Returning Guests: All returning passengers are entitled to a Vinaka Discount. A 9th return trip qualifies passengers for our NAI'A Gold Level Passenger status and a $1000 discount off the trip plus all future trips. Vinaka!

Insurance

We strongly recommend that each guest purchase comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation/interruption insurance when space is reserved. Please be advised that if a guest chooses NOT to purchase trip insurance, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DISAPPOINTMENT CAUSED BY REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. In the event that it is necessary for NAI'A to cancel or interrupt a charter due to weather or any "Act of God" which is beyond our control, there will be no refund or credit issued other than that outlined in our Named Storm Policy. We also highly recommend diver accident insurance.

Cancellation and Change Policy for Individual and Group Bookings

Individual: 20% fee for any cancellation within 180 days.
Groups: the initial non-refundable deposits plus 75% of the additional deposit will be forfeited for cancellation within 180 days of departure.
No refund for cancellation within 90 days of departure*.
After the deposit is received, all revisions will be subject to a $50.00 per person handling fee.
No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used dive packages.

*Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests and yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Due to our remote location and the nature of liveaboards, we must depend upon advanced reservations. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days prior to departure we will refund the total paid less an administration fee ONLY if the vessel is full and we manage to rebook the space. Substitution of passengers is permitted.
